Every rupee is a receipt, and every receipt is on the ledger. Nothing is edited or deleted; corrections are entries of their own, so the books always add up.

Scan a cheque or a UPI screenshotKAITS reads the amount, cheque number, bank and UTR and fills in the form. It warns when the words and figures don't match.
